Payment, Cancelation, Reschedule Policy

Please review the payment, cancellation, and rescheduling policies.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before any and all scheduled sessions begin.

• By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time will result in no refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled bundled session will result in no refund, and the canceled session cannot be made up or credited toward a future session.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session start time will not incur any additional fees, and a full refund will be issued or the payment may be credited toward a future session.

 

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time will incur:

  • a refund for 50% of the total amount, plus

  • the fee for the newly rescheduled session.

• Rescheduling requests for bundled sessions made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time will incur a $35 fee, and the missed session cannot be made up or credited toward a future session.

• Rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session start time will not incur any additional fees.

 

Exceptions

Exceptions to these policies are made solely at Travis’ discretion.
